What does CPD mean? If you want a tool kit that will help you to improve your knowledge, understanding and skills or maintain your competence in an ever changing work environment you should look to CPD. CPD provides you with the opportunity to pay attention to your personal and career aspirations, not just your technical or commercial abilities. CPD will do what you ask of it - left idle and you will not gain any benefits. CPD simply provides a framework to guide you in your pursuit for development and advancement.
